We now wish to appoint a talented and inspirational Director to lead the delivery of a radical new business plan and build a vision that responds to the tastes of existing and future audiences for the next exciting period of growth at The Dukes.
The successful candidate will have a track record of managing a complex business, setting inspiring arts strategy and driving energy and innovation through strong financial, business and entrepreneurial skills.

Creative Learning Manager
Salary scale £25,000 – £27,000 subject to experience
The Dukes produces and presents theatre, is an independent cinema and offers creative learning activities. The Dukes’ Centre for Creative Learning delivers in-depth innovative learning programmes rooted in our place and with national significance. We work with targeted communities and young people to develop first contacts with arts practice and encourage long term audience development and we provide a space for people to explore their talent.
